Camp Poyntelle

Nestled in the Northern Pocono Mountains of Wayne County, PA, Camp Poyntelle has been making children’s summer dreams come true for nearly 70 years. As a premier Jewish summer camp, we offer a traditional sleepaway experience filled with amazing memories, lasting friendships and nurturing and compassionate staff. Our intentional community is designed to allow kids to be kids, in a low key, fun and inclusive environment. No summer would be complete without amazing activities such as Athletics, Arts and Crafts, Music, Outdoor Adventure, Waters ports, Boating, Swimming and endless fun on our one-of-a-kind, private 70-acre lake! Along with a daily immersive Jewish culture fueled by our camp values of Kindness , Empathy, Leadership, Responsibility and Independence, we foster the concepts of giving back to the community, being a good person and leaving your positive mark on the world around you.
