  • In house lunch and learn programs to help isolated seniors connect
  • Holiday meal deliveries and care packages to community members who may be homebound or in need
  • Dementia and Alzheimer’s Programs and Services 
    • Our all new state-of-the-art Dementia Center utilizes the latest technology to provide programs and stage appropriate activities in a safe and supportive environment for those with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias
      • ​Social interaction and cognitive stimulation in a one-on-one or group setting encourage verbal expression, enhance self-esteem and offset isolation
      • For those recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia, an early stage dementia program allows for maximum independence and an understanding of the challenges of early stage memory loss
    • Personal Training for those living with progressive neurological impairment
    • Caregiver support groups and support groups for those new to caring for someone with dementia
    • Care consultations and counseling to help navigate through difficult decisions when a loved one is diagnosed with dementia
  • Parkinson’s Programs and Services
    • Boxing with non-combat boxing exercises and moves to help improve coordination and balance
    • Drumming keeps participants engaged with a combination of fitness, music and drumming rhythms
    • A support group for women which provides a connection for women diagnosed within the last seven years who are coping with the disease and it’s impact on their life, identity, relationships and self
    • Aqua classes which allow the freedom to move without fear of falling, to do weight bearing exercises without joint stress and to resistance train without weights or bands
    • Ping Pong which has been found to improve hand-eye coordination, sharpen reflexes and stimulate the brain
    • Virtual creative writing in a safe and supportive community, where participants can share thoughts, memories, hopes and ideas through writing
    • Tai Chi to improve strength, balance and physical function, prevent falls and improve postural stability
    • LSVT BIG, an evidence-based exercise program, focuses on encouraging large size movements which leads to improved performance in activities of daily living and increased independence
    • Virtual sing along sessions offer the opportunity to be part of a chorus and have fun
    • Virtual support sessions for individuals and their care partners
    • Caregiver virtual support groups
  • Camp Ga’avah for LGBTQ Youth, their Families and Allies
    • Summer camp
    • Year-round youth community programs, monthly meetups and community service projects

  • Tributes – Make a donation in honor of a wedding, an anniversary, a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, the birth of a child or in memory of a loved one. The recipient of your donation will receive a card recognizing your thoughtful gift.
  • Our Programs and Services Can Be Your Gift – Do you have a birthday or special occasion coming up? You can support our work by having family and friends donate to the JCC in your honor.
  • Sponsorship & Naming Opportunities – Do you have a passion for something you’d like to see happen at the JCC? This is your chance to make a difference and feel great about doing so! We are open to your ideas.
  • Mitzvah Project – If you have a Bar or Bat Mitzvah coming up, your Bar or Bat Mitzvah child can help support one of our essential programs or services as their Mitzvah Project.
