ESP
EARLY STAGE DEMENTIA PROGRAM FOR THE RECENTLY DIAGNOSED
In Person and Virtual
Day 1, Tuesdays, 10:30 am-2:30 pm
Day 2, Thursdays, 10:30 am-2:30 pm
A special program for those recently diagnosed with a progressive cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. Participants together in a supportive environment that allows for maximum independence while understanding the challenges of early stage memory loss. Each session offers an opportunity to socialize with others who are living the same journey. Lunch will be provided. Virtual option available. Interview required.


SADC
MODERATE STAGE DEMENTIA PROGRAM
In Person and Virtual
Wednesdays, 10:30 am-2:30 pm
A safe and supportive program for those with moderate Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. Social interaction and cognitive stimulation are provided either one-on-one or as a group to encourage verbal expression and enhance self-esteem. Lunch will be provided. Virtual option available. Interview required
