Summary: Swim Instructor contributes to the organizations success by providing a safe, fun, welcoming environment for the members and aquatic participants. The swim instructor is responsible for instructing a class/lesson according to the JCC and American Red Cross standards.
This is a Part Time Position/Required Education and Experience
- Nassau County Lifeguard 1A, 1B, or grade III
- ARC First Aid / CPR / AED
- WSI preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong customer service skills and creativity in working with adults and children.
- Able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of evenings and weekends.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
