The Friedberg JCC 5K returns on Sunday, May 17, 2026, and we’re excited to invite our entire community to come together for this annual day of movement, connection, and purpose. Whether you run, walk, cheer from the sidelines, or participate virtually, your involvement directly supports our Parkinson’s programs and the individuals and families who rely on them.
