Judo Club (7–10 yrs)
Kids are taught the easy-to-learn basics of Judo in a safe and friendly environment.
Football Recreation League (5 –7 yrs)
Your child will learn team concepts, improve athletic ability and most of all have fun in this 5 vs.5 recreational football tournament. The program will introduce players to the game of flag football while developing teamwork skills and keeping them actively engaged. Perfect for girls and boys!
Strength Training for Tweens (10–13 yrs)
Research has shown that strength training is a safe and appropriate activity for youth that may help ward off obesity and improve performance in sports and other physical activities. In this class your child will learn the proper techniques of resistance training and workout in a fun, comfortable and safe environment.
Intro to the Weight Room for Teens (13*–16 yrs)
This 6-week course is an orientation to the proper use of the fitness center for teens. After completion of this course, you will have access to the fitness room. A signed parental release will be required.
