Basketball Clinic (K-4th grade)
Basketball Biomechanics will help maximize your skill acquisition, improve game performance and help prevent injury by interplaying innovative shooting and movement. Skills Learned: Ball Handling, Shooting, Footwork, Game Play, Speed & Agility, Defense and Conditioning.
Strength Training for Tweens (10–13 yrs)
Research has shown that strength training is a safe and appropriate activity for youth that may help ward off obesity and improve performance in sports and other physical activities. In this class your child will learn the proper techniques of resistance training and workout in a fun, comfortable and safe environment.
Intro to the Weight Room for Teens (13*–16 yrs)
This 6-week course is an orientation to the proper use of the fitness center for teens. After completion of this course, you will have access to the fitness room. A signed parental release will be required.
*Please note: you must be at least age 13 years of age and in 8th grade
