Our aquatics center features a 6-lane/25 yard-pool. The pool is generally separated with 3 lanes for our lap swimmers and the other half for classes, exercises and general swim. Our center provides a swimming experience for all types of swimmers and people who enjoy water exercises. We offer American Red Cross swim classes, water exercises, swim team, private lessons and much more!

The Benefits of JCC Swim Lessons for Kids
Our swim classes are a great way to build social and lifesaving skills. Swimming helps to build muscle tone, motor skills and helps with sensory issues. Swim classes will help your child become comfortable with water in a fun filled environment with their peers.

Why Aquatic Exercise is Important for Adults
Adult aquatic exercise is an important part of life for social, physical and emotional well-being. Water fitness is an exercise that minimally impacts joints and allows persons with physical constraints to exercise. Workout with like-minded individuals with enthusiastic instructors. Feel stronger and energetic!

The Friedberg JCC Swim Academy

Our American Red Cross Learn-to-swim program offers swim classes for all ages. Private, semi-private and create-your-own classes are specifically designed for your child. Our swim team is a great place for your child to continue progressing with swimming and learning more of a competitive stroke, starts, turns, and finishes.

Look for a class that fits you or your child. We’ve got them all!
