Fitness Classes for New Moms and Moms-To-Be
Fit4Baby
Prenatal Fitness Classes for women in various stages of pregnancy. 60 min classes incorporate warm-up and cool-down, core stability, strength and cardio activity. Women are guided through exercises safely, using pre-natal precautions and considerations, to promote an active healthy lifestyle throughout their pregnancy.

Stroller Strides
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms and their babies. It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by specially trained instructors, it's a great workout for any level of exerciser.

Weight Training 101
Confused about what to do in the weight room? This course will introduce you to weight room training basics. Learn what exercises to do first and how to do them properly. Members Only.
The JCC is host to a community wide adult recreational basketball league. Teams are invited to participate and are responsible for collecting a team fee. Team T-shirts will be available for an additional fee.
Tuesdays & Thursdays (league begins in late October)
7:30–9:30 p.m. Fee: $800 per team
For those who do not have their own team, the JCC will be forming its own teams to participate in the league.
Fee: $135; Members, $80
Babysitting
Babysitting is available at the JCC for members and non-members while they are in the building utilizing our facilities. Registration is required at the Health and Fitness desk 24 hours in advance and must be pre-paid. This service is limited to a maximum of 5 children from 6 months to 4 1/2 years. For the safety of the children, please note the following rules:
1. Babysitters cannot feed or change children.
2. Parents may not leave a crying child.
3. Children must be signed in and out at departure by parent. Photo I.D. required.
